Shipments are packed and shipped from our Prattville, AL location. We will email you your UPS tracking number. 

All packages are shipped UPS ground. UPS will also notify you via email with your package tracking information once the order has shipped. 

We are unable to extend our Satisfaction Guarantee to orders for packages that are delayed or non- deliverable for incomplete or incorrect addresses. There will be a $35.00 address correction fee for packages that must be intercepted or rerouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify your shipping information for accuracy before placing your order.
